Absolutely adore this mug! Love that it is both microwave and dishwasher safe. It has become part of my holiday routine.
I love a good mug, and this one has a great hand feel to it. The print is just cozy adorable chic, and it made a perfect gift!
I think the mug was super cute, it’s why I ordered it. However, the one I received was in about 4 pieces and while I heard back from customer support initially I’ve yet to receive a final answer on if the mug would be replaced or if the blame is on shipping. I still think it was cute so maybe I’ll reorder it at a later date.
I have attempted to contact by email, but no reply. I would like a refund. The mug would have been adorable had it been packed properly. Refund expected. Thank you in advance
