    After watching the Shark Tank episode, I immediately purchased the Christmas stockings for my children. The process was easy and the delivery came on time before Christmas. The first thing my son said was “ It looks like me!” Representation does matter. There was some damage to my daughter’s stocking. Customer Service was amazing and sent out a replacement immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. Keep up the good work.

    Disappointing

    Although ordered 16 days before Christmas, the items didn’t arrive in time. I emailed a week in advance and was assured it would arrive on time. Once receiving the tracking code confirming the package wouldn’t make it, I reached out again. The company was courteous and sent a return label when I asked for the refund. But when the package finally arrived, two items were missing! How can I ship back what I don’t have. Still waiting for a reply on that one. I am being forced to dispute with my credit card company. :(

    I gave a two only because the products are lovely but buy them in store. The company is too small for the volume of sales… at least for the time being.
